By Bus:
283, 33, 72 and 209 get off at the Red Lion stop then it's about a 200 meter walk to the Netball courts.
By rail:
Barnes rail station is just 10 minutes from Clapham Junction. It is then a 15 minute walk to the Netball courts (or 5 minutes by buses 72 or 33). Follow the signs to the Wetlands Centre.
By car:
There is ample free parking for visitors arriving by car. The Netball courts are located just off the main A306 which runs from the South Circular at Roehampton (with easy access to the A3) to Hammersmith (just minutes from the A4/M4).
We play in all seasons and in all weather. The courts are full-size and of Commonwealth standard with special tarmac that both drains and absorbs water and allows maximum grip.
Season and Match Details:
The season runs for eight weeks including one week of finals. ALL teams not making the finals still play during finals week.
The first games starts at 6.45pm and the last game finishes at approximately 9.oopm.
Games have 2 x 20 minute halves are played outdoors and take place rain, hail or shine.
All equipment is supplied and there are no uniform requirements.
We supply qualified, high-standard, paid umpires.
Costs:
Team registrations - £425 for 8 week season
Individual Players - £55 per person (we will place you in a team)
There are no weekly match or umpiring fees on top of the registration fees.
Costs do not include medical/accident insurance for players. Players should arrange their own sports insurance.
